Vape Nation products handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. We provide a 90 day warranty period for items purchased from Vape Nation, excluding consumable and miscellaneous items mentioned below. Keep any required serial codes located on the packaging for an easier returns process. We require the sear codes to verify the devices authenticity and that it is from Vape Nation.
Please make sure to check that your item is in good working condition by checking out our troubleshooting guide and if you have any further questions about your device, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the problem still persists after trouble shooting then you will need to fill in our online returns form.
All items will be assessed by Vape Nation before warranty is guaranteed. It is the end users responsibility to send the device to Vape Nation, at your cost.
If the item is found to be faulty and no fault of the user, Vape Nation will either repair, replace or refund the item free of charge.
If the item is in good working condition and Vape Nation finds that there are no issues that require a repair, replacement or refund, the customer is required to pay for return and postage fees - This is $8.
E-liquids and Concentrates: All E-liquids and concentrates are considered consumable products, and we are unable to offer an exchange unless it is a manufacturing defect under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Everyone has different tastes, and whilst we stock many of the best global brands, we can't guarantee they will be to your personal liking - afterall, taste is subjective!
Tanks, Disposable Tanks, Pods, Cartridges, Coils, Cotton, Wick, and Wire: These are also consumable items and will degrade over time due to use. Once these items have been taken out of their original packaging and used, they are no longer covered under warranty. We are unable to offer a warranty for any items that have not been used as per the manufacturer's instructions. This includes but is not limited to priming coils, using coils within the correct wattage range and incorrect device mode.
Batteries: All rechargeable batteries are a consumable item that will degrade over over. We off a 10 day warranty period to ensure you have had the opportunity to ensure the batteries received are in proper working order, it is essential that you test these upon receipt.
USB Charging: We recommend using an external battery charger for mods with replaceable batteries. However, if you are using a mod with a built in battery, you will need to exercise caution to ensure you do not damage the USB port. A damaged USB port is not covered under warranty.
Clearance Items:Warranty is not covered for clearance items unless DOA which must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
- If the product has been serviced or otherwise repaired by a person not authorised to do so by Vape Nation or where non approved replacement parts are used
- Applies to the original and first owner only, resellers automatically void the warranty
- Serial codes are required and recorded by the manufacturer and will not be honoured if they do not match up
- Misuse, deliberate or accidental damage
- Excessive force or improper use
- Cosmetic damage (e.g. scratches, dents)
- Third party programs, accessories/unsupported chargers or non-genuine products
CHANGE OF MIND?
At this time we do not offer refunds for change of mind. To avoid ending up with a device that isn’t right for you, it is important to conduct thorough research on the product before making a purchase. Pre-Orders fall under the same warranty and returns policy as all other items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully
If we ship the incorrect item, we will cover the shipping and send the correct item. We will also include a prepaid postage satchel for you to return the incorrect item.
If you have received an incorrect product and the packaging is in its untouched original condition, please notify us 24 hours of receiving the product.
