If your vape is tasting burnt and is not satisfying your experience, change your coil or pod. Prime the coil or pod properly by filling it up and either, 1) waiting 30 minutes to soak the cotton inside the coil or pod, or 2) dry inhaling the atomiser or pod without having it connected to the mod a few times until the coil or pod is soaked.

For a genuine warranty claim on non-consumable products, we provide a 90 day warranty period for the following items purchased from us at Vape Nation: Apparel, Bags, Battery Chargers, Mods, etc. To process a warranty and/or return, we require the product's serial number, order numbers, receipts, and original packaging to finalise to verify the device's authenticity from Vape Nation. For mods, if the USB port is damaged, it will not be covered under warranty. We recommend that external battery chargers are used when charging devices with external batteries.

For consumable products, unless it is a manufacturing defect under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we are are unable to process any warranties for the following items purchased from us at Vape Nation: Batteries, Cotton, E-Liquids, Concentrates, Atomisers, Rebuildable Atomisers, Replacement Coils and Pods, Tank, Wire, etc.
