  • Do your e-juices ore-liquids contain nicotine?

No, unfortunately under current Australia laws the sale of e-liquid is prohibited. We recommend importing it from overseas. if you are in a state that is legal for personal use.

  • Are your products genuine?

Yes, all our products are genuine as they are purchased directly from authorised Australian wholesalers or the product manufacturer.

Products (devices and tanks) come with an authenticity sticker this is either on the device itself or packaging. Please follow the instructions on this to verify its authenticity. This sticker is required for warranty claims, do not discard.

  • Do you have a physical location?

At the current stage we do not have a store location, however we are looking to expand.

  • How old do I need to be to purchase vaping products?

18+, in accordance with Australian law.

  • Can I collect my order?

No, unfortunately at this stage we do not have a physical store.

 

  • What are your customer service hours?

We aim to reply to emails within 1 business day, however in peak period this can be up to 2 working days. Alternatively, we will be available on Facebook messenger from 9AM-5PM business day, we aim to respond within a few business hours.

 

  • Can I use images or information from your website?

No, all content on the website is intellectual property of Vape Nation and cannot be reproduced or used without written or verbal permission.

  • Why have you still not responded to my email?

We try to respond to emails ASAP, in most cases it is within a few business hours. However, we receive a huge volume of emails, please allow up to 2 business day for busy periods (Christmas etc.)
